Account Deletion

We would be sorry to see you go, but if you really want to delete your account, we are here to help.

Please send us an email from the address associated with your account to [email protected].

Don’t forget to include your ACX account number in the email, which you can find in the settings.

Please note that once the account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access it.

Your trading activities and withdrawals will be canceled, and all API keys and active sessions will be disabled. Your activity history will also not be available.

We recommend that you empty your account before deleting it, as you may lose your funds. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any form of refund in this case.

Once the account is deleted, you can also uninstall our app from your phone.
